The Boss is Back.


At Soulman’s Bar-B-Que, we’ve always believed that if you’re going to do something, you do it big—or you don’t do it at all. It’s the “American grit” that has defined us since we first opened our doors in Pleasant Grove in 1974. This March, we’re bringing back a sandwich that embodies that very spirit: The Boss Hog.
While some folks might be satisfied with a “run-of-the-mill” sandwich, we’ve never been interested in the ordinary. The Boss Hog is a Texas-sized masterpiece that honors the meat rather than hiding it. We’ve taken four of our premium pork favorites and stacked them into one epic build:

To hold all that Texas tradition together, we serve it on a King’s Hawaiian Bun. Its subtle sweetness plays just right with the savory, low-and-slow hickory-smoked meat—bringing a hint of balance that rounds out the bold, unmistakable flavor of Texas BBQ without stealing the spotlight.
