Succeeding Polk as Director of Catering is longtime team member Christine Allen. Over the past 11 years, Allen has made a lasting impact on both customer experiences and internal operations. With a background in weddings and events, she was key in establishing Soulman’s as a go-to for wedding catering. She now brings that same drive and creativity to her leadership of the department.
