After falling into the restaurant business, Brett Randle found a career that allows him to live his purpose through his faith. Now with 16 locations across the North Texas area, he revels in feeding the stomachs and souls of his customers and 250 employees through his faith-based restaurants. At Soulman’s, he and his team profoundly understand that culture eats strategy for breakfast and so have purposely created theirs to excel at food, service, and cleanliness.
