SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas (September 7,  2018)—Soulman’s Bar-B-Que will be opening their 21st North Texas location at 1201 South Broadway Street, Sulphur Springs, TX, 75482, and is looking for a few good men and women to serve up North Texas’ Favorite Bar-B-Que in the newest East Texas location.

“We are looking for reliable team members to comprise the opening team for our next location. Soulman’s is a fast-paced, positive environment where work ethic and customer service play a huge part in our company’s success,” said Brett Randle, CEO of Soulman’s Bar-B-Que.

TEAM MEMBERS:

Duties will involve: Reporting to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform. Providing exceptional customer service to each guest. Being familiar with menu items and specials. Performing tasks as assigned by Managers.

Skills and Qualities Needed:

  • Must have strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques
  • Must be able to work on your feet and perform manual labor (bending, lifting objects) for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
  • Maintain strong personal image and uniform standard
